| Ghee |

Fry wheat and arrowroot flour in ghee till its light brown and gives a nice aroma. |

Make sugar syrup by mixing water and sugar. |

Add the syrup to the flour and mix well. Cook the mixture stirring constantly, until it
stops sticking to the sides of vessel. |

Add powdered cardamom, mix well. Set in mould and serve hot. |
