Method |

Pressure cook grated apple and rice. |

Blend it to form puree. |
|
Cool it to room temperature. Boil milk by adding water in a heavy based pan; cook it
till it becomes ½ of original. Cool it. |

Add apple rice paste add sugar to milk. Boil it for 5-10 minutes stirring continuously
serve it hot or cold in glass bowl. |
|
|
Variation – In place of Apple, one can use 25g Red pumpkin or dudhi |
