Remove maximum water from grated bottle gourd (Dudhi) by pressing with hands. |

Take a pan, add ghee and grated dudhi. Cook till dudhi emits its aroma. |

Now add sugar, powdered cardamom boiled water and milk to dudhi. Cook till gravy
turns thick and water gets evaporated and a gives a nice aroma. Serve hot or chilled. |

| Variation – You may use boiled mashed potatoes in place of bottle gourd (Dudhi) to
prepare potato halwa. |
