| Cardamom |

| Ghee |
6 tsp (30g) |
| Water |
2 tea cup (300ml) |
| Raisins (Manuka) |
3-4 (optional) |
| Almonds |

| Method |

Mix water, raisins, crushed cardamom and sugar. Boil and remove from fire. Stir
to dissolve the sugar. Keep aside. |

Heat ghee in a kadhai, fry oats powder on low heat till they just change colour to
golden brown and give a nice aroma... |

Add sugar water mixture, stirring continuously for 3-4 minutes till the halwa
leaves the sides of the kadhai. Remove from fire, decorate with shredded
almonds. Serve hot |

| Variation – You can make use of Daliya or Sooji or vermicelli (Salt free) in place of oats
to prepare respective halwa. |
