Make Sugar syrup by boiling 50ml of water and sugar. |

Semolina (sooji) is fried in oil and when it turns brown in colour, syrup is added
and the mixture is cooked till very thick. |

Wheat flour is then made into dough with water and divided in small balls. Each
ball is stuffed with a little halwa, then rolled out into a thin small chapatti and
fried with little ghee on hot tawa. Serve hot. |

| Variation-
You may prepare various halwa parathas by making different dry halwas like pumpkin,
bottle gourd, potato for stuffing. |
