Pressure cook pumpkin without adding water to make it soft. |

Mash cooked pumpkin add powdered sugar. |
| |
All ingredients, except oil are mixed and kneaded in to dough. |

Small portions of dough are made in to thick roti on flat board with rolling pin and
placed on heated iron pan (Tava). |

Roti is turned when slightly baked, half a teaspoonful of oil is poured and roti fried on
both sides. Can be serve at tea time or supper time. |

It can also be cooked in tandoor or oven. |

You can make it without pumpkin, for flavor you can add rose essence or
cardamom powder in the dough |

You may use potatoes in place of pumpkin. |
