3-4 tsp (15-20g) |
| Cardamom |
1 (Crushed) |
| Ghee |
3 tsp (15g) |
| Edible gum (Dink) crushed coarsely |

| Method |

Heat ghee in a kadhai and fry gum, when all the gum has popped, take off from
oil. |

Add rice flakes in same ghee and fry on a low flame till aroma exudes, take off
from fire. |

Make a coarse powder of fried rice flakes. |
| |
Add powdered sugar, crushed cardamom, popped crushed gum to it. Mix
properly. |

Form the dough in to small balls. |
| |
Serve when cool and dry. |
