Method |

Heat ghee in a deep kadhai and fry the semolina (Sooji) and fresh coconut (Optional) on
low heat till it turns light brown in colour and gives a nice aroma. |
|
Make sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water, stir till the mixture becomes sticky. |
|
Mix cardamom powder to the mixture. |
|
Take out kadhai from heat and form the dough in to small balls.
Serve when cool and dry. |
