8. Oats cookies

Method |
- Bring the sugar, milk and butter to a rapid boil for one minute, and then add
oats. Cook until the mixture thickens finally add vanilla essence or chocolate
essence.
- Drop the mixture by the spoonful onto waxed paper (approximately 10
cookies)
- Let set until firm (set it at room temperature).
Note: It's important that you get the mixture out of the pan as fast as possible or it
may harden in the pan.
Serving- 10 cookies |

Variation - The more you make mixture thicker the cookie will become dryer so you can
make consistency of mixture as per your choice but do not make it very dry. |
