6. Milk cookies

Method |
- Sieve flour with milk powder.
- Beat the ghee with icing sugar till light and fluffy.
- Fold in the flour gradually till soft dough is formed. Leave dough aside for 30
minutes.
- Roll out dough in to thick chapathi and cut out in to 35 pieces of desired shapes with
the help of moulds and arrange on greased baking trays.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 150 deg C for 12-15 minutes. The moment you see the
cookies are changing to golden brown colour take it out of oven. Cool it.

Variation - You can prepare ginger cookies by using ginger powder (1/4th tsp) in place
of almond essence. |
