Method |
- Butter is beaten well till it turns white and frothy.
- Sieve white flour, arrowroot flour and powdered sugar together.
- Add powdered cardamom, sieve flour and sugar and beaten sour curd to beaten butter
to form soft dough.
- Divide dough in to 12-Small equal size balls, flattened them slightly and baked it in
oven at 180c for 10-15 minutes. When cookies turns to golden brown remove it from
oven. Cool it and store it in air tight jar.
