Ingredients Amount
Wheat flour 1/4th katori (40 g)
Arrowroot flour 4 tsp (20 g)
Sugar 6 tsp (30 g)
White butter (Makkhan) 8 tsp (40 g)
Cardamom 1-2 g
Curd (Sour) 1 tsp (5g)

Method
  • Butter is beaten well till it turns white and frothy.
  • Sieve white flour, arrowroot flour and powdered sugar together.
  • Add powdered cardamom, sieve flour and sugar and beaten sour curd to beaten butter to form soft dough.
  • Divide dough in to 12-Small equal size balls, flattened them slightly and baked it in oven at 180c for 10-15 minutes. When cookies turns to golden brown remove it from
    oven. Cool it and store it in air tight jar.
