14. Puffed Rice ladoo
Ingredients Amount
Puffed Rice 1 katori (15g)
Sugar (can be increased or decreased as per test) 3 tsp (15g)
Ghee ½ tsp (2.5g)
 
Method
 
  Roast puffed rice in kadhai to make it crispier.
  Take off from fire and keep it aside.
  Heat up ghee in a deep kadhai and add sugar in it to form syrup. Take off from fire.
  Add roasted puffed rice .Mix properly. Immediately form the dough in to small balls.
Serve when cool and dry.
