| 26. Stuffed Round Gourd |

| Medium-sized round gourd |

| Coriander powder |

| Mawa |
60 g |
| Sugar |
A pinch |
| Garam masala |
A pinch |
| Oil |
100 ml |
| Salt to taste |

| Method |

Wash the gourd and peel. |

Cut a slice off at the stem end. Scoop out the seeds. |

Rub inside with salt and set aside. |

Mix together coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric, chopped coriander leaves, lime juice, grated coconut. |

Mawa, garam masala, sugar and salt. |

Stuff the gourds with the prepared mixture. |
| |
Put the top slices back. Fix with toothpicks. |
| |
Cook in a moderate oven, using oil to baste, till soft. Serve hot. |
