| Green chilies |

| Method |

Boil potatoes. Peel and mash. |

Chop green chillies and onions. |

Heat fat. Add mustard seeds. When they crackle remove pan from fire and add chilli powder. |

Add chopped onion, green chillies, mashed potatoes, salt and lime juice. Mix well. Serve garnished with coriander leaves. |
