Method |

Wash thick rice flakes. Drain the water and keep it aside for 5-15 minutes. The rice flakes will soak very quickly. So keep checking in between. The rice flakes grains should not stick to each other. |

Cut vegetables. Cut onions. |

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, when they splutter add onions. Fry for a minute. Add turmeric powder. Now add vegetables. Fry for one minute. |

Add rice flakes and salt (as per doctor recommendation). Mix well. Cover and cook it for 5-8 minutes. Serve hot. |
